**Job Title:** Injection Moulding Engineer
**Location:**Co. Roscommon

**Summary:**
My client, a leading contract manufacturer of single-use medical devices with facilities in Ireland, Mexico, and the U.S., is seeking an Injection Moulding Engineer. This role involves developing new products, optimising moulding processes, and leading equipment and process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**an Injection

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production moulds and processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and generate documentation such as SOPs and protocols.
- Validate new processes and moulds through studies and DOE execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Oversee mould design, maintenance, and training activities.
- Research and introduce new moulding technologies.

**Qualifications:**

- Degree in Engineering (Level 7/8 preferred).
- 4 years’ experience in injection moulding, ideally in medical, packaging, or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of medical device validation, Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
- Strong process engineering and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
