Join our innovative Digital Enablement Team as a Digital Product Specialist, where your expertise in website management will be pivotal in shaping the digital landscape of our organization. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with the Digital Enablement Manager and key stakeholders to manage the strategic roadmap for and
• Partner with UI/UX teams to implement cutting-edge user experience solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Lead the change request workflow, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Manage the static site backlog, prioritizing high-impact changes and efficiently addressing day-to-day requests.
• Serve as the essential link between the business and digital operations, proactively identifying trends and training needs. Your insights will significantly influence our online service strategy, improving the experience for both internal colleagues and customers.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive agent support roadmap that provides clear, actionable information to stakeholders, focusing on troubleshooting, training materials, IT solutions, and UX enhancements.
• Act as a key liaison between the Operational Risk team and Digital, coordinating monthly risk assessments to ensure our digital initiatives align with established frameworks.

Your Profile
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance business environment, with at least 2 years in website management, marketing communications, or an IT role.
• A third-level qualification (Degree/Diploma) or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Desirable: Qualification in agile/digital disciplines and insurance industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; working knowledge of Azure, GA4, Miro, Glass box, and A/B Testing is desirable.
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated and business-focused, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to work independently with a focus on process improvement and customer solutions.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
