We are currently seeking a Practice Managerto join a GP practice in North Dublin. As Practice Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall smooth and efficient running of the practice. Working closely with GPs and clinical staff, you will manage administrative systems, ensure compliance with Irish healthcare regulations, support staff performance and wellbeing, and oversee financial and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the administrative and support teams Maintain smooth day-to-day practice operations and workflow Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance reviews Manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting Support practice development and service improvement initiatives Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Essential Requirements: A minimum of 3 years experience as a Practice Manager in a busy GP practice Thorough knowledge of primary care operations and Irish healthcare systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Excellent organisational and time management skills Must have experience with Socrates and MS Office Certificate in Practice Management is highly desirable Take the first step - contact Gabriele Baptista at Akeso Healthsearch today at gabriele.bapt or .
