JIRA Delivery Manager / Operations Assistant

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused operations assistant / JIRA manager to help us scale and manage our existing product , support the team through delivery cycles, and take full ownership of our project tracking and execution in JIRA .
This role is essential to ensuring that our distributed product and engineering teams stay aligned, productive, and continuously moving forward. You’ll turn strategy into structured action — translating product roadmaps into scoped deliverables, running efficient daily standups, and tracking progress from ideation to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management Translate product roadmaps into well-scoped projects, tickets, and milestones in JIRA.
Ensure clear tracking and traceability of all features, bugs, and enhancements from creation to release.
Manage daily standups , sprint ceremonies, and team communications across multiple time zones.
️ JIRA Operations & Workflow Ownership Own the JIRA board configuration, workflows, and best practices for the entire team.
Write, groom, and manage tickets across sprints — ensuring clarity, priority, and accountability.
Monitor sprint progress, unblock delivery teams, and escalate risks as needed.
Remote Team Coordination Support a small team of developers and designers , all working remotely, ensuring smooth delivery cadence.
Keep communication flowing between product, design, and engineering teams.
Provide visibility to leadership on delivery status, blockers, and next actions.
Environment Awareness Understand and manage the difference between staging and production environments, coordinating testing and deployment schedules.
Ensure that features are validated appropriately before go-live.
What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with JIRA (custom workflows, sprint boards, epics/tickets, reporting).
Demonstrated ability to scope projects and manage end-to-end delivery.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
Excellent communicator and facilitator, especially in remote-first settings .
Experience coordinating technical delivery teams and understanding product development lifecycles.
Bonus: background in product operations, project management, or agile delivery in a B2B or fintech setting.
