Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisorto join our team within a network of high-quality Nursing Homes across Ireland.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage and drive development of day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure exceptional quality of care and resident safety.
- Maintain full compliance withHIQAstandards and other regulatory requirements.
- Support, mentor, and develop nursing and support staff.
- Implement effective policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and operational performance.

Requirements:

- Registered with theNursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum of3 years' experience in nursing management, ideally within the care of older persons.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.
