Description: We are seeking a Practice Assurance Analyst to join our growing internal compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of regulatory submissions to CAI, ICAEW, Central Bank, and other regulators, including annual returns and notifications.
- Maintain a tracker of regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with operational teams and external regulators to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor complaints and liaise with PII broker.
- Respond to internal compliance queries and monitor mailboxes.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures, supporting operational teams in their implementation.

- Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with internal teams and build relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider compliance function.
