As a Senior ICS Operations Analyst, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to protecting and optimizing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) across a diverse operational landscape. What You’ll Be Doing – Lead and resolve cybersecurity issues within ICS environments, acting as a key escalation point. – Serve as the primary liaison for ICS cybersecurity across internal teams and stakeholders. – Manage and monitor secure remote access solutions for industrial sites. – Coordinate and oversee threat and vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and remediation efforts. – Investigate and respond to security incidents, alerts, and system anomalies. – Support ongoing cyber maintenance and hardening initiatives to ensure robust ICS security. – Administer password management systems and access controls. – Deliver comprehensive security assessments and testing across multiple programs. – Promote strong governance through KPI tracking and reporting. – Advise teams on security best practices and infrastructure improvements. – Lead internal and external technical teams and manage vendor relationships. – Champion collaboration and efficiency across departments to enhance operational resilience. – Support continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of cybersecurity frameworks. – Participate in on-call rotations and provide support outside standard working hours as needed. What We’re Looking For – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. – 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or ICS operations within complex environments. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions. – Experience with security infrastructure such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and authentication systems. – Familiarity with operational technology including RTUs, controllers, switches, and instrumentation. – Hands-on experience with tools like Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Claroty IDS, Secomea, BeyondTrust, Active Directory, and Symantec AV is a plus. – Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. – Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NISD, IEC-, ISO-, and NIST.
