Commercial Property Solicitor, path to partnership

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing Dublin-based firm with a strong pipeline of quality work and clear ambitions for continued expansion.

The firm is seeking a solicitor with 5–7 years' PQE to take the lead on its commercial property work, particularly commercial leasing and transactional matters. You’ll work directly with a varied and high-calibre client base and play a key role in shaping how the property practice evolves over the next few years.

This is a stand-out role for someone who wants to step forward in their career, not just in title, but in responsibility, profile, and progression. You'll be joining a supportive leadership team that’s committed to professional development and long-term career planning, with strong earning potential from the outset.

You’ll be:

- A qualified solicitor with 5–7 years' solid commercial property experience
- Confident managing your own caseload and running transactions end-to-end
- Experienced in negotiating and drafting commercial leases
- Someone who enjoys client engagement and building relationships
- Looking for real autonomy with the support to grow
