Distribution Sales Rep

Overview
Our client is looking for someone to grow sales across different channels of the business. The main purpose of the role will be enhancing brand’s presence, optimizing in-store product placement, and building sustainable relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit the brand’s in-store presence, merchandise products for maximum visibility.
- Rotate stock and order stock as needed.
- Optimize shelf space, visibility, and product placement.
- Generate new business leads and opportunities through cold calling and engagement.
- Up to date on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Lead in-store promotions ensuring effective execution.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in field sales or retail sales, ideally in food or consumer goods.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals.
- A proactive and self-motivated.
- Energetic, friendly, and confident in representing the brand.
- Ability to identify trends and insights.
- Resilient, adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Full driving license (required).
- A background in sales, business development, or marketing is an advantage.
