Project / Site Manager - Apartments

Location: Stepaside, South Dublin

Salary: €Neg & package (transport, pension, bonus)

ICDS has a vacancy for a Project / Site Manager with a medium-sized developer who is constructing a block of 15 apartments in Stepaside, Dublin. The shell of the apartments is built, with glazing, cladding, and finishing still to be completed.

Prior experience working on RC frame apartment projects or large commercial projects is desirable. Experience in engaging with design teams and specialist subcontractors for building apartments or office buildings, as well as a good knowledge of the latest building regulations, is required.

You will be degree/diploma qualified in civil engineering or trade qualified. You should have 10+ years of proven experience working with a developer or main contractor, having progressed to Project / Site Manager level.

You will be the No. 1 representative on the apartment site, supported by a visiting Contracts Manager. You must be capable of taking responsibility for the project, ensuring its safe delivery within time, cost, and budget, and to the highest quality.
