Responsibilities
Providing guidance and direction to nursing staff
Supervising, mentoring, and developing; including staff rostering, delegation, and performance management
Overseeing daily operations
Facilitating communication between healthcare teams
Assisting in the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
Participating in quality improvement initiatives
Identifying and managing risks within the area of responsibility
Assisting in the management of nursing budgets
Contributing to service planning and development

What would you need
Previous experience in the nursing sector in Ireland (Minimum 10 years)
Previous experience as an ADON preferable; however CNMs with 5+ years experience welcome
NMBI PIN number
2 previous employment references
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards
A fluent level of English both written and oral is essential
Own transport is desirable but not essential
