The Opportunity

In this role you will focus on developing and expanding sales of capital endoscopy equipment and associated consumables. You will build strong relationships with clinicians, nurse managers and key stakeholders within hospital settings, acting as a trusted advisor and product expert. Success will come from your ability to grow market share, deepen customer engagement and deliver year-on-year sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Educate customers and colleagues on product features, benefits and techniques
- Create territory plans to support sales and promotional activity
- Maintain accurate records of daily activity, account information and expenses
- Manage a Business Plan to maximise opportunities in the territory
- Support marketing initiatives, research and product launches

About You

- Sales background and/or clinical experience within hospital environments, ideally Endoscopy
- Capital equipment sales experience is a strong advantage
- Able to travel frequently across the assigned region
- Full clean driver’s licence required
