This is a transformative leadership opportunity for an Information Manager to shape and drive PM Groups' digital future, working within the digital team and collaborating across the global business. You will lead enterprise-wide transitions that modernize how information is classified, governed, accessed, and shared-ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards. The role will champion the implementation of integrated systems and collaborative platforms across project lifecycles, embedding governance frameworks, promoting digital literacy, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead key strategic initiatives, as outlined below, enhance digital, data, and information management capabilities across the enterprise. The role will also champion Information Management practices aligned with PM Group's Digital and Data Information Management strategies. Information Management Strategy Execution Operationalize the principles of Digital, Data and Information Management strategies, including governance, ownership, and lifecycle management Promote structured, secure, and accessible information practices across departments and projects Support the development of policies, procedures, and toolkits for consistent information handling Monitor compliance and quality through dashboards, audits, and feedback loops. EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) Assessment & Implementation Lead the assessment, selection, configuration, and rollout of an EDMS platform to support enterprise-wide information management and replace or modernize legacy processes Manage vendor relationships, system integration, and user onboarding for the EDMS platform Define and implement metadata structures, document workflows, version control, and retention policies tailored to project and operational needs Collaborate with Project Delivery teams to ensure the EDMS supports compliance, traceability, and audit-readiness SharePoint Online (SPO) Migration Oversee the transition from on-premise or legacy collaboration platforms to SPO across business units Develop and execute a migration roadmap including site architecture, permissions, content migration, and governance Partner with Digital teams to ensure SPO aligns with enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, and security standards Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustained value from the SPO migration initiative Deliver training and change management programs to support adoption and effective use of SPO Qualifications Degree in Business Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related discipline Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in leading digital and information management initiatives Demonstratable understanding of data governance, information management, and quality management systems Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery skills Knowledge with Microsoft Collaboration products including SharePoint Online and its role in enterprise collaboration and information governance is a strong advantage Experience in implementing and maintaining SaaS-based platforms and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is a key requirement Why PM Group?
