We are hiring for our client, a well-established insurance business seeking an experienced and dynamic New Business Account Executive. The Role:
- Proactively seek, quote and convert new commercial business opportunities
- Drive sales campaigns and deliver against income targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Ensure high standards of compliance, customer service and audit readiness
- Collaborate closely with company directors and contribute to team objectives
- Take responsibility for premium collections and aged debt
- Provide professional, consultative service at all times
- Contribute to the team culture, working collaboratively to exceed goals
The Person:
- Strong experience in a similar commercial insurance sales role
- CIP qualified and compliant with the Central Bank's MCC and Fitness & Probity standards
- Proven ability to secure and convert large, complex risks
- Technically strong with excellent product knowledge and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities
- A strong communicator with a positive, adaptable mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally Applied Systems
- Holds a full clean driving licence and access to a car
