The Role

- Provide full legal executive support to solicitors in the Commercial Litigation team

- Draft and prepare litigation documents, pleadings, and correspondence

- Manage case files, discovery, and court filings

- Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties

- Assist fee earners with day-to-day case management and administration

The Person

- Experience as a Legal Executive in commercial litigation is essential

- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and case management

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships

- Please note: this role is not suitable for candidates currently completing FE1s
