Accounts Assistant Permanent role Based in Shercock Co. Cavan with Hybrid working available after training Exciting opportunity for a strong Accounts Assistant with a leading Irish brand. This is a permanent position that will report directly to the Commercial Controller of Operations working as part of the finance team, whilst assuming responsibility for the day to day accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Measure and understand Production KPIS Attend Daily Production Meetings as required Run ERP general queries and tasks Production System support and review Standard Costing / Product Variance analysis Margin analysis + control Update Financial Reporting System data Raise POs Stock Control and Reconciliation Material Usage Variance analysis Post Weekly Accounts Journals Weekly Accruals Reconciliation Monthly Accounts Reconciliations Ad-hoc as required Skills and Qualifications required: PQ Accountant / Newly qualified accountant an advantage Strong excel and ERP skills Relevant experience in a broad accounting role Experience working in a busy fast paced environment Strong ability to work as part of a team and independently Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport Package: Hybrid workingmax 2 days a week after a few months training Bonus 10% Contributory Pension Annual leave 23 days Study support also available Skills: Accounts Accounts Payable KPI Management Accounts Financial Accounting Benefits: pension Hybrid Working 23 days annual leave Study Assistance
