Transform Tomorrow’s Supply Chains with Us

At Bluecrux, we’re redefining the future of supply chains. As part of our team, you’ll work on groundbreaking projects in Planning, Operations, Distribution, Customer Engagement, and Transformation. Here’s how you’ll make an impact and what you’ll be doing:

- Drive transformation: Partner with our customers to unlock their supply chain-wide transformation needs and work out how you can help drive growth, reduce costs, and spark innovation.
- Analyze and optimize: Dive into current business processes within supply chains and operations across diverse industries like life sciences, food & beverages, and manufacturing. Your analytical skills will streamline and enhance operations.
- Facilitate workshops: Organize and facilitate client workshops to uncover their unique needs and supply chain challenges. Your collaborative approach ensures we understand their goals and obstacles clearly.
- Strategize with clarity: Gather essential information with a keen focus on what matters. You’ll keep all stakeholders informed and aligned, avoiding unnecessary details.
- Co-create solutions: Collaborate with clients to design the concept book, detailing innovative new processes and organizational changes. Together, we’ll create a blueprint for success.
- Coordinate implementation: Support the entire process, ensuring a smooth and structured transition to the new working method.

About you

- You see yourself thriving in the world of value chain transformation based on your experiences:

- You have been involved in improvement projects or may have been responsible for specific tasks or deliverables within projects, and thus you have contributed to project planning, execution, or monitoring of project progress.

- You have preferably 2 years of experience in a supply chain and operations role such as (to name only a few) inventory analyst, E2E planner, S&OP planner, Production Scheduler, Warehouse Manager and Logistics Manager.

- You have a basic understanding but above all interest in supply chain tools and have worked with an ERP. You don’t shy away from some data analytics.

- You’re passionate about supply chain and operations, staying updated on the latest trends and developments.

- Above all, we believe in your potential which you are eager to show us:

- You are a strong problem solver with a fast analytical mindset.

- You show resilience in a fast-paced, international environment.

- You are persuasive in your communication by delivering impactful messages to both your team and clients.

- You can prioritize your workload and clearly communicate your progress.

- You like to learn and develop yourself.

- Some hard skills:

- You hold a Master’s degree in (Business) Engineering, Economics or Data Science. An MBA is a plus.

- You are fluent in English, our official work language in all of our offices. Any other language mastery is a definite plus.

- And above all:

- You feel connected with and are ready to represent our company values: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast and be kind

- You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model.

Why join us?

- You become part of a highly motivated team of hands-on supply chain professionals that attaches great importance to the above-mentioned values in their day-to-day activities.
- A hybrid workplace (50/50): a combination of home office and on-site (in our office in Dublin or client's premises).
- Room for initiative, room to enhance your personal and professional skills, but most importantly: room to be yourself.
- A competitive salary package, bonus program, net allowances, a smartphone with phone subscription and other benefits (such as a fridge full of drinks & healthy snacks).
