Role & Responsibilities
- Management and execution of all accounts payable activities including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor communication.
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and controls
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reconciliations and accounts payable reports.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.
- Maintaining accurate historical records by filing documents.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in financial software applications and tools.
- Strong understanding of financial controls
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor interactions.
