My Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This is a key role within the team, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Entry - Manage high volumes of data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Purchase Orders - Process and track purchase orders (POs) received from multiple sites.
  3. Subcontractor Payments - Ensure timely and accurate payment of subcontractors, adhering to contractual and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Invoice Management - Review, verify, and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  5. Record Keeping - Maintain meticulous financial records and documentation.
  6. Process Improvement - Identify and implement improvements to streamline the accounts payable process.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
  2. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in data entry and financial management software.
  4. Familiarity with the construction industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits:
  1. Salary €40,000 – €45,000
