AVP – Customer Operations (Permanent & FTC)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Join a leading global aircraft leasing company during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. The Customer Operations team sits at the heart of the business, driving operational excellence and enhancing the customer experience.
The Role:
As AVP Customer Operations, you’ll manage a portfolio of aircraft leases - ensuring accurate data, timely invoicing, and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, resolving queries efficiently and supporting internal teams. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to strategic projects across the business.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in operations, administration, or support within a financial or corporate environment.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (SQL/advanced Excel an advantage).
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
