Security Operations Manager
A leading international professional services firm is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee enterprise-wide security initiatives, operations, and technologies. This senior role will lead identity and access management, privileged access management, vulnerability management, microsegmentation, SOC operations, and related cyber security programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, implementation, and governance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies.
Manage and optimise Privileged Access Management platforms (CyberArk).
Oversee microsegmentation strategies (Illumio) and zero-trust network architecture.
Manage PKI, certificates, and cryptographic key lifecycles.
Direct SOC operations including 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and threat hunting.
Implement and monitor Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
Lead vulnerability scanning, patch management, and remediation using Qualys.
Ensure compliance with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience:
10+ years' progressive experience in cyber security, with 5+ years in leadership.
Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAAM, IAM frameworks, and Illumio.
In-depth knowledge of PKI, certificates, and cryptographic systems.
Proven SOC management experience and proficiency with Microsoft DLP.
Expertise in Qualys vulnerability and patch management.
Familiarity with SIEM platforms, cloud security, and security automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
