Security Operations Manager 176386 Desired skills: Security, IAM, SOC, Vulnerability Management HybridReperio has partnered with a leading international professional services firm seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager.This senior role will oversee enterprise-wide security initiatives, operations, and technologies. You will lead identity and access management, privileged access management, vulnerability management, microsegmentation, SOC operations, and related cybersecurity programs.Responsibilities:Lead design, implementation, and governance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies.Manage and optimise Privileged Access Management platforms (CyberArk).Oversee microsegmentation strategies (Illumio) and zero-trust network architecture.Manage PKI, certificates, and cryptographic key lifecycles.Direct SOC operations including 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and threat hunting.Implement and monitor Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.Lead vulnerability scanning, patch management, and remediation using Qualys.Ensure compliance with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and regulatory standards.Requirements:10+ years' progressive experience in cyber security, with 5+ years' in leadership.Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAAM, IAM frameworks, and Illumio.In-depth knowledge of PKI, certificates, and cryptographic systems.Proven SOC management experience and proficiency with Microsoft DLP.Expertise in Qualys vulnerability and patch management.Familiarity with SIEM platforms, cloud security, and security automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CyberArk, Illumio, Qualys, Microsoft Security) desirable.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits.Hybrid working model with occasional travel.Opportunity to lead a high-impact security function in a global organisation.For more info contact Seamus at Reperio or apply through the linkReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
