People Business Partner – Dublin, Ireland Role: We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our brilliant People Team based in Dublin, Ireland, reporting into our European Head of People and partnering closely with our Operations Director and General Managers. You’ll be encouraged to try new things, supported to learn, grow and take risks. If you love coaching, training, collaborating and figuring things out on the fly (with data) you’ll thrive here.

Qualifications 4‑5 + years as an HRBP or HR Manager, coaching leaders and managers, resolving problems and changing people’s minds with data
Ability to work through ambiguity with kindness and clarity
Data‑led decision making and influencing leaders
Fresh perspective, challenge status‑quo, take initiative to build forward‑looking solutions guided by data and insight
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; CIPD certification ideal but not essential
Passion for learning and developing (changing your own mind is important)
Pace and growth: moving quickly
Clear, confident communicator; building trust and influencing positive outcomes across all levels
Extensive knowledge of employment law in Ireland
Responsibilities Partner with General Managers and leadership teams to build engaged, high‑performing teams through coaching and training interventions
Provide coaching and support on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with our culture and SCG values
Partner with our Regional Operations Director and General Managers to drive a best‑in‑class people experience
Lead or contribute to people projects in areas such as Government Directives, DEI, and Engagement
Partner with our central People team to ensure all employment contracts, how‑to guides and practices compile with relevant legal compliance and best practice for the jurisdiction
Work closely with our in‑house recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure we hire world‑class talent and deliver an exceptional pre‑start and onboarding experience
Partner with our L&D Manager to identify opportunities for coaching, and learning across our teams
