Responsibilities As a Commercial Contract Manager at Vodafone, you’ll be the driving force behind the commercial performance and governance of our strategic vendor relationships.
You’ll lead the charge in reinstating and managing governance forums, ensuring that performance reviews and contractual compliance are front and centre.
Your role will be pivotal in tracking KPIs and SLAs, investigating underperformance, and securing service credits where needed—all while continuously improving how we measure success.
You’ll work closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure transactional accuracy and protect Vodafone’s commercial interests.
Whether it’s managing disputes, navigating change requests, or preparing for contract renewals, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring that every agreement delivers maximum value.
Your insights will help shape procurement strategies and influence future sourcing demand, making you a key contributor to Vodafone’s commercial excellence.
Qualifications Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships
Proven project management experience, from concept to delivery
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational supply chain functions
Skilled in contract negotiation and execution
Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a sharp eye for data insights
Energetic and innovative approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
Comfortable with change and confident in challenging the status quo
Collaborative mindset with a passion for cross-functional working
Strategic thinker who understands organisational structures and decision-making impact
Ability to use data to influence business strategy and optimise demand
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems
Commercially astute with a strong grasp of legal and ethical contract frameworks
Solid category management skills with market awareness and strategic foresight
