Oliver James have partnered with a global bank to recruit for a Governance Manager. In this role you will contribute to the success for the overall success of the bank by ensuring the effective implementation of the governance framework and ensuring governance activities are conducted in compliance with regulations, policies and procedures. Other Responsibilities; Maintaining close review of all the regulatory and corporate governance developments that might affect the operation of the management structure. Update governance policy documents as required, ensuring they are aligned to the group. Ensure oversight of governance related activities with key processes across the entity. Required to manage and execute projects. Key Requirements; Strong experience in Financial Services corporate governance, compliance, risk management or internal audit. Corporate governance experience in a regulated financial services, ideally within banking.
