A charitable organisation based in South Dublin is seeking an Assistant Accountant. The role involves supporting the preparation of accounts, processing AP/AR transactions, reconciling invoices and bank accounts and preparing variance analysis reports for senior management. The ideal candidate will be a Part-Qualified Accountant. Role Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of Accounts to include P&L / Balance Sheet Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner Responsible for variance analysis and reporting to senior management Daily posting and reconciliation of invoices and bank accounts Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts Expense processing Continuous review and improvement of processes Ad-hoc duties as required Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a finance function as an assistant accountant Must have excellent attention to detail, analytical, organisational and written skills Proficient IT skills Excellent communicator with fluent English required Interested in this position?
