Our client is a successful Irish business based in Dublin. They are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team as a Senior FP&A Accountant on a 12 month fixed term contract, with a strong view to permanency. The business offers flexible working arrangements with 3 days a week in the office.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role provides an excellent step into a high caliber FP&A team. Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Head of FP&A in preparing and coordinating the quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts;
Perform on-going KPI analysis for a range of business lines;
Business partnering with operational managers to develop business cases and ensure flow of financial information;
Oversee the preparation of various financial models and insights packs to be used by key stakeholders;
Continually identify areas for process improvement;
Ad-hoc projects as they arise.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
Qualified accounting professional with 2 to 5 years post qualified experience;
Prior industry experience in a commercial role preferred;
Flexible, confident and organised team player;
Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
Advanced excel user and strong system skills preferred.
This is an ideal role for someone looking for the opportunity to develop their career within an FP&A function and gain commercial experience within a large finance team.
