Job Title - Architectural Technologist North Cork Salary: €35K- €45K DOE Architects Firm Opportunity has now arisen for experienced Architectural Technologists to join an established Practice with offices in North Cork. You will need to be proficient in Revit for this position, joining an established team of studio-based Architects, Architectural Technologists, Designers and Design Managers to work across medium and largescale, often complex projects. Successful candidates will join a studio with an excellent reputation for staff retention, personal and professional development. Salary & Benefits: 4pm Finish on a Friday CPD Professional subscriptions Requirements Architectural Technologist (qualified in Architectural Technology) with 2/3 years+ post graduate experience The role includes but not limited to all architectural related tasks within projects and office practice. Previous project experience should include a range of medium and largescale developments Technically competent in producing drawings from planning to construction stage of projects Must be familiar with current TGDs and BC(A)R Strong Revit skills Site experience is advantageous Previous experience delivering medium and largescale complex projects Possess strong technical skills Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment Excellent communication skills to work across multifunctional teams Well organised and successful in time and resource management Self-motivated and ambitious Must hold full permission to work in Ireland.
