Location: Remote UK
The Sales Director, Enterprise leads HID’s go-to-market and revenue execution strategy for the Enterprise vertical across the EMEA region.
This individual will drive exponential pipeline growth, engage deeply with executive-level decision-makers within large Enterprise accounts (greater than 15,000 employees), and lead the sales motion for HID’s identity and authentication solutions.
This strategic role is ideal for a proven sales leader with deep experience navigating complex organizations and regulatory environments, and who thrives in data-driven, high-performance environments.
The Sales Director will partner closely with internal stakeholders and strategic ecosystem partners to drive new business and elevate HID’s presence in the Enterprise cybersecurity landscape.

As our Sales Director, Enterprise EMEA, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on driving authentication solution adoption across Enterprise organizations in EMEA.
- Consultative Enterprise Engagement: Build and expand trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, and Chief Risk Officers.
- Target Account Programs: Lead account-based marketing (ABM) efforts with HID marketing and product teams to achieve 3–4x YoY pipeline growth.
- Revenue & Pipeline Execution: Own regional bookings targets and manage a repeatable, scalable sales process that drives predictable outcomes.
- Salesforce.com Proficiency: Utilize Salesforce.com to manage pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and integrated prospecting tools for data-driven sales decisions.
- Market Development: Establish HID’s leadership in authentication and identity for Enterprise accounts through thought leadership and competitive differentiation.
- Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration: Co-sell with technology and integration partners including Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity, Optiv, and GuidePoint Security.
- Customer Evangelism: Serve as a senior HID sales executive in customer presentations, RFP processes, and strategic sales engagements.
What we love about your background:
- Comfortable operating in matrixed environments and collaborating across sales, product, and marketing.
- Executive presence, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with co-selling alongside partners such as Microsoft, Okta, Ping, GuidePoint and Optiv is strongly preferred.
- BS/BA in a related field. Candidates with equivalent education, plus relevant industry experience may also be considered.
Your Experience and Education include:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, identity, or related technologies.
- Proven success in selling to the Fortune 500 institutions (or equivalent) across EMEA.
- Familiarity with major verticals, regulatory landscape and executive decision-making structure (CIO, CISO, CRO).
- Demonstrated ability to drive outbound sales programs and scale pipeline effectively.
- Advanced Salesforce.com skills (dashboards, forecasting, analytics) and use of integrated sales tools.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
