Check us out here: and **As our Director, Finance Shared Services EMEA- you’ll support HID’s success by:*** Manages the performance and development of the financial reporting shared service team in Galway Ireland, building an effective partnership with all other finance and business functions.* Sets and manages the execution of departmental goals, metrics, and objectives, based upon overall corporate initiatives.* Manages full Record to Report process across assigned portfolio of legal entities including: + Responsibility for delivering full monthly management accounts spanning a portfolio of countries as per corporate calendar. + Ownership of Balance Sheet review process in line with corporate deadlines. + Establishment of processes to ensure strict adherence to statutory reporting and taxation timelines.* Develops and implements a roadmap of systems enhancements, process improvements and integrations across all EMEA FSS functions.* Relationships + Developing good working relationships with all finance functions as well as the non- finance departments.* Customer Service + Build and maintain a strong customer centric culture within the financial reporting team. + Ensure high standard of service delivery to all stakeholders.* Process & Systems + Drives continuous improvement in the shared services team and leads projects that support global consistency of best practice. + This includes standardisation of processes and practices across business units, culture and implementation of corporate systems. + Ensuring processes are robust and compliant with corporate standards.* Other duties may be assigned.**Your Experience and Background include:*** 10+ years of financial management experience in a multinational public corporation including at least 5+ years of managerial experience.* Experience leading projects and implementations.* Performance management, team development and resource allocation experience.* Proven track record of process improvement delivery within a shared services environment.* Time management and prioritization – ability to focus and get things done and know what is business critical; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity.* Proven analytical and presentations skills.* High level of personal and professional integrity and confidentiality.* Proven problem solver with the ability to work independently to research, test hypotheses, arrive at conclusions and make recommendations.* Ability to think strategically and effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders.**What we can offer you:*** Competitive salary and rewards package.* Competitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work-life balance.* A vibrant, welcoming & inclusive culture.* Extensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potential.* To be a part of a global organization that is pioneering the hardware, software and services that allow people to confidently navigate the physical and digital worlds.* **Empowerment:** You’ll work as part of a global team in a flexible work environment, learning and enhancing your expertise.
