Permanent Role Salary: DOE Full Time: Monday to Friday Responsibilities Required: Manage the daily operations of the HR department. Promote employee engagement through clear communication and team management. Support Heads of Department with recruitment, training, performance management, and team development. Oversee recruitment, including advertising, screening, and onboarding. Ensure new employees have all necessary documents and training for a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain up-to-date employee files and aim for a paperless HR system. Ensure compliance with training requirements and arrange refresher training. Advise on disciplinary processes and handle employee grievances, consulting the Group HR Manager when required. Submit weekly payroll to the payroll department. Assist with the delivery of group-wide HR projects in the hotel. Experience Required Good understanding of Irish employment law and best practices. Great interpersonal and organisational skills. Strong leadership and conflict management skills. A qualification in Human Resources Management or currently studying towards one.
