- Driving sales performance through customer engagement and relationship management.
- Maintenance of catalogue data and pricing for existing and new customers.
- Maintenance of Food Safety & Quality (FS&Q) records for traceability for all customers and issuance of health certification requirements for customer orders.
- Forecasting and demand planning for customers and ensuring this is communicated, maintained and reported to relevant stakeholders internally and external to the business.
- Fulfilment of customer orders and provision of supporting documentation to meet customers' requirements.
- Maintenance of brand & own brand product information requirements and communication of the latest versions of artwork, images, ingredients, nutritional information and allergens to all customers.

What we're looking for:

- Three years or more relevant experience within a supply chain / trading / sales role, an aptitude for leveraging data, fulfilment of customer orders and growing sales sustainably.
- Proven ability to achieve high quality results in delivering service excellence.
- Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work from own initiative.
- Technology skills, including competency in MS Office suite and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to deliver on commitments, thereby building trust.
- A natural predisposition to the Musgrave Values; long-term stable relationships, honesty, not being greedy, working hard and achievement.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity.
- A focus on continuous improvement and learning on the job.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, remotely and across countries, cultures and time zones.

What we offer:
