As a Commercial Manager, You Will Develop a plan and vision for the territory's operations, constantly collaborating with the Area Director so both of you are on the same page regarding the strategies used. Achieve and exceed your targets set by the Group Commercial Director and Area Director. Provide inspirational leadership to motivate and guide the organization to achieve high performance. You will be establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers at a head office level, turning them into key stakeholders and accounts. You will serve as the primary contact if there are any issues with the products or services to provide excellent customer service. What Skills You Need to Be a Commercial Director You must have 5+ years of experience selling to retailers. Strong skills in business planning and forecasting. In-depth understanding of the retail industry and merchandising solutions. You need to have an entrepreneurial spirit with a constant drive for improvement.
