eirevo talent are seeking applications for an IT Support Engineer. This is a 12-month day rate contract located in Letterkenny, Co Donegal. This position is onsite.

Own vehicle required for occasional travel to other client sites, fully expensed.

Responsibilities:

1. Resolving end-user hardware and software problems that cannot be dealt with by the Helpdesk.
2. Documenting and communicating solutions to issues.
3. Working with Active Directory creating users, doing password resets, account removals/transfers, Group Policy, and User Permissions.
4. Dealing with all end User Hardware/Software problems that cannot be resolved by the Helpdesk. This could include issues with local software, network connectivity, printing, and PC performance.
5. Mobile Phones
6. Audio-visual
7. Windows Updates
8. Printing
9. Releasing Emails or Websites blocked by an email or web filter.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of experience working in a Level-2 Helpdesk Role.
2. Previous experience working with Active Directory creating users, doing password resets, account removals/transfers, Group Policy, and User Permissions.
3. Previous experience in dealing with all end User Hardware/Software problems that cannot be resolved by the Helpdesk. This could include issues with local software, network connectivity, printing, and PC performance.
4. Previous experience in dealing with at least 3 of the following:
5. Citrix
6. Mobile Phones
7. Audio-visual
8. VMWare
9. Windows Updates
10. Releasing Emails or Websites blocked by an email or web filter;
