This candidate will manage routes from a specific European market, requiring in-depth knowledge of market/spending patterns and the ability to adjust routes to meet load factor targets. A clear understanding of the relationship between price, volume, supply, and demand is essential.

Ryanair is recruiting a Yield Analyst to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.
This is an excellent opportunity to join as we aim to grow Ryanair to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests annually within the next 10 years.
Based in Dublin, the successful candidate will manage and analyse routes to achieve load factor and revenue targets, requiring knowledge of booking and spending patterns and the ability to adjust routes accordingly.
Main responsibilities include:
- Achieving target load factors across a portfolio of routes.
- Surpassing revenue targets.
- Proposing proactive pricing and yield management strategies.
- Developing detailed booking profiles by market for optimal yield.
- Conducting market reviews to identify threats and opportunities.
- Understanding factors influencing performance.
- Analyzing the competitive landscape to ensure competitive fares.
- Providing feedback on capacity and schedules.
- Analyzing historical traffic and revenue data for future planning.
- Liaising with scheduling, sales, marketing, and route development teams to meet company goals.
Requirements
- Third level qualification in mathematics, finance, economics, or similar analytical field.
- Understanding of the relationship between price, volume, supply, and demand.
- Strong numeric and analytical skills with ability to produce clear reports.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and ideally SQL, with the ability to translate analysis into actions.
- Hands-on attitude, able to decide and react under pressure.
- Self-starter with initiative to develop strategies.
- Experience in modeling and analysis is a plus.
