Job Title: Conflict Analyst

A large law firm based in Dublin 2 is seeking a Conflict Analyst to join its Risk and Partnership Affairs team. This is a new position, created to support the firm's Risk Department. You will report to both the Senior Risk and Professional Standards Lawyer and the Senior Business Acceptance Manager. The successful candidate will join a team of 6, with clear opportunities for progression and professional development.

Salary: €34,000 per annum

Benefits: Pension, private healthcare, performance bonus, hybrid working (2-3 days in office), Gym, Canteen

About the Role

In this role, you will:

- Conduct conflict searches and analyze results
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards
- Review whether updates to existing mandates introduce conflict or compliance issues
- Liaise with partners and lawyers to resolve conflicts arising from scope changes
- Support firm-wide training on conflicts, compliance policies, and information barriers
- Maintain accurate records and manage related administration
- Provide reports and regular updates on assigned tasks
- Perform database searches to meet regulatory obligations
- Support ad hoc duties and relevant projects as needed

About You

- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using systems and technology in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of managing high volumes of work accurately under pressure
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent experience/training)
- Experience with Intapp or similar onboarding/compliance tools (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential)
