Conflict Resolution Specialist Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Conflict Resolution Specialist, focusing on identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into potential conflicts, monitoring changes in regulations, and liaising with partners and lawyers to resolve scope-related issues. Additionally, they will support firm-wide training on conflicts, compliance policies, and information barriers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct conflict searches and analyze results to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends and updates to stay informed about best practices.
  • Review existing mandates for conflicts or compliance issues introduced by updates.
  • Liaise with partners and lawyers to resolve conflicts arising from scope changes.
  • Support firm-wide training on conflicts, compliance policies, and information barriers.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage related administration.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on assigned tasks.

  • Capacity to manage high volumes of work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ideal education to degree level (or equivalent experience/training).
  • Desirable experience with Intapp or similar onboarding/compliance tools.
  • Essential proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
