Dispute Resolution Expert

The role of a Dispute Analyst involves professionally arbitrating customer disputes, investigating trading activity and taking appropriate actions to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform.

  • Arbitrate customer disputes fairly and professionally, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into trading activity, identifying potential fraudulent behavior and implementing measures to prevent it.
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote business growth and objectives in customer service.
  • Utilize Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify areas for improvement and present findings to stakeholders and peers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the organization, providing feedback through coaching and development opportunities.
  • Maintain regular customer surveys to gather timely information about customer experience across all areas of the business.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to handle technical queries from customers.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English required, with additional languages an asset.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
