We are seeking an accomplished ROI Sales Manager to join us at a pivotal time of significant growth and investment in Ireland, helping shape the future of our Water Utilities business. This is a strategic business development role, focused on expanding Sulzer’s presence in the Water Utilities sector, particularly in the Wastewater market, with a strong emphasis on rotating equipment. We are seeking a highly respected professional, well-connected within the Irish Water market, capable of driving substantial growth and delivering results from day one.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Sulzer’s footprint in the ROI Water Utilities sector.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Wastewater market.
Leverage an established network of industry contacts to influence decision-makers and accelerate growth.
Build and maintain enduring relationships with key stakeholders in water utilities.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions involving rotating equipment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile Proven track record of business development within the Irish Water/Wastewater market.
Well-connected and credible with key water utility stakeholders.
Technical understanding of rotating equipment, including pumps and motors.
Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a high-growth, strategic market.
