What You'll Do: The Role As a Graduate Digital Marketing Specialist you will receive training to become an expert in the client's unique advertising solutions. Your core focus will be helping new and established businesses in the German market grow through digital advertising. Client Acquisition Support: Research and help identify potential new partner businesses that could benefit from the platform's unique proposition, supporting the team in delivering compelling pitches. Onboarding & Education: Support new clients from the very start of their journey, providing education, inspiration, and guidance on how to define the best campaign types to drive results. Campaign Strategy: Work with advertisers to understand their strategic goals and assist in co-creating the right marketing plan to achieve them. Performance Analysis: Learn to gain an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals and use data to offer educated insights for success. Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for your clients. Target Achievement: Work diligently toward achievable KPIs, learning to contribute to quarterly team sales targets. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team collaboration, sharing and gaining valuable knowledge to accelerate your professional development. What You'll Bring: Your Profile German Fluency: Fluent in German (verbal and written) is essential to support the relevant markets. Education: A recent degree (within the last 1-2 years) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related analytical field is highly desirable. Digital Aptitude: A strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends. Any foundational knowledge of metrics like CPA, CPC, and ROAS is a plus, but full training will be provided. Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to approach problems logically and a willingness to use data to inform decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage with business owners and marketing managers.
