Regions: Nordics, Ireland, UK & Southeast Asia
Reports to: Marketing Director

About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is eager to help build and shape the foundation of our new Business Development function at Bizzmine. As our first BDR, you’ll play a key role in creating pipeline opportunities across multiple international regions, identifying prospects, and connecting them to our sales team.
This is not just another BDR role — it’s a chance to lay the groundwork for a scalable outbound strategy , collaborate directly with leadership, and help define how Bizzmine approaches new business generation globally.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Campaign, and Sales teams to convert demand into qualified opportunities and accelerate growth across the Nordics, UK, Ireland, and SEA regions.
What you'll do:
Lead Qualification & Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify high-potential leads to drive new business opportunities.
Outbound Outreach: Develop tailored outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect with decision‑makers and generate meetings for Sales.
Pipeline Generation: Contribute directly to pipeline growth by booking discovery calls and supporting revenue goals.
Market Expansion: Explore new market opportunities across the Nordics, Ireland, UK, and SEA, adjusting strategies for cultural and business differences.
Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with Marketing and Sales to optimize messaging, targeting, and handover processes.
Data & CRM Management: Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM and provide insights on market response and campaign effectiveness.
Feedback Loop: Share insights from customer interactions to help refine campaigns, messaging, and product positioning.
Department Building: Help shape the processes, tools, and best practices for the future BDR team.
What you'll bring:
2–4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role — ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
Proven success in outbound lead generation and pipeline development .
Excellent communication skills — fluent English is required; additional languages (Nordic or SEA languages) are a strong plus.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working independently and helping build something from the ground up.
Strong understanding of CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Resilience, curiosity, and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
Experience in multi‑regional or international sales environments is highly valued.
