In this role, you'll engage with customers to lead strategic technology transformations and manage the execution of account plans for multiple clients, ensuring that both Microsoft revenue targets and customer business needs are met. You'll be at the forefront of educating decision-makers on Microsoft's value proposition, aligning it with their business objectives.

You'll also develop strategies to secure buy-in and execute plans, aiming to identify new opportunities within your assigned accounts. By implementing strategies to engage stakeholders, you'll promote the usage of Microsoft solutions and drive meaningful change.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Multiple years of experience in working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)

- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND several years of experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)

- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND some years of experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)

- OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Account management experience OR equivalent experience of selling digital transformation solutions to Enterprise customers in Ireland

Responsibilities

- Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
- Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
- Orchestrates full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
- Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
- Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
- Deliver Sales Excellence – Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue and market share.
- Industry Knowledge – Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions. Gains deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers’ business and operations.
