Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with various medical conditions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide expert dietary advice and counseling to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate and train healthcare staff on nutritional practices and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
- Registration with CORU as a Dietitian.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Dietitian.
- Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
- Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
- All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
- International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
