Lex Consultancy is delighted to be partnered with a leading Property Asset Management provider with the hire of a Property Management Administrator on a permanent contract based in Dublin 4.
The purpose of this role is to manage the administrative day-to-day requirements of a residential property portfolio along with providing comprehensive excel based monthly reporting on operational activities.
Key Responsibilities of the Property Administrator:
1. Act as key contact with tenants, clients, solicitors, contractors and other property service providers.
2. Responsible for managing & updating monthly excel based client reports on rent collection and management activities, ensuring the highest data integrity at all times.
3. Understand property management performance & operational issues and make recommendations to management team.
4. Completing all administrative tasks & functions in respect of properties, including:
- Preparing tenant lease documentation.
- Processing RTB registrations.
- Utility account set up’s.
- Preparing & issuing of statutory notices.
5. Other ad-hoc general administration responsibilities as required.
Key Skills of the Property Administrator:
1. Previous experience within the property industry advantageous.
2. Advanced Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
3. Excellent numerical and organisational skills.
4. Professional and approachable attitude.
