Finance Administrator Our client is a leading real estate development based in Dublin 2 with operations in Ireland and Europe. Due to continued growth the company now wish to appoint and Finance Administrator, the role will be an important part of the Finance team, with direct reporting to the Finance Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional seeking an interesting role in the property industry. Responsibilities: Monitoring all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and billing for the Group Ensuring payments are made and received in a timely fashion and in line with our payments policy. Accurate processing of invoices in a timely manner Preparation of weekly bank reconciliations for several account statements. Assisting management with various ad hoc tasks as required. Assisting with preparation of statutory reporting as required and VAT returns. Assisting with the year end audit process.
