Our client, a leading organisation in the insurance sector located in Dublin, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team. This company is committed to delivering exceptional service while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, the Finance Administrator will be involved in overseeing key financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Along with a competitive base salary, our client is offering pension, healthcare, bonus, and a hybrid working model.

Your Role

1. Prepare weekly and monthly account reconciliations for management reporting.
2. Verify claim payments and investment trades against source documentation, ensuring daily approvals are accurate and timely.
3. Report daily and monthly operational metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
4. Support various finance tasks, including accounts payable, procurement, and other operations as required.

Your Skills

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with CPC regulations and compliance processes.
4. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and present financial information effectively.
