CSA Construction Manager (Belgium) We are currently recruiting aCSA Construction Managerto work for a leading Engineering contractor on aHyperscaleData Centre project in Belgium. Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Renewables, Commercial, Data Centres. Responsibilities: Set, monitor, and enforce safety standards and high-quality work, implementing the site safety plan and ensuring employee training. Assist the Project Manager in supervising on-site personnel, planning labour and material resources, and using the purchasing system cost-effectively. Oversee subcontractors, develop a GC/GR plan aligned with site logistics, and chair meetings with subcontractors, staff, directors, and clients. Maintain site discipline, report incidents, ensure timely off-hiring of plant equipment, and keep plant maintained and secure. Check materials for compliance, assist in system handover to the client, advise on non-tender work, and support drop line reporting and risk identification. Requirements Degree in civil/structural engineering, construction, or project management (or equivalent). 5+ years of site management with a main contractor. Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred. Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills. Proficient in project/information management software and knowledgeable in civil, structural, envelope, and finishes details. Benefits: Salary circa €100K €110k DOE Pension.
