We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have experience as a senior quantity surveyor/cost manager, preferably from a consultancy background.
- Have experience in pre-contract cost management, including budget control, cost planning, and preparing change requests, with knowledge of alternative construction materials.
- Ideally, have experience in data center projects or large-scale complex projects.
- Are chartered or on the path to becoming chartered; we can assist with this.
- Possess a degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.
- Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Enjoy a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage priorities and deadlines independently.
- Thrive on building strong relationships with team and clients through shared purpose and openness.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required. CVs must be submitted in English.
