Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor MEP – Dublin (hybrid working)

Currie & Brown, one of the world's leading physical asset management and construction consultancies, is expanding our team in Dublin. We're seeking a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our thriving Mechanical & Electrical team, working on high-profile, complex projects in the MEP and data centre sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

Conducting cost appraisals and applying value management techniques at project outset
Supporting and leading estimating and cost planning activities, developing robust cost plans and budgets
Managing and quality-checking Bills of Quantities and tender documentation
Running procurement processes end-to-end, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, and contract preparation
Delivering accurate cost checking, valuations, and monthly cost reports for clients
Leading value engineering and lifecycle costing exercises
Negotiating and finalising accounts with contractors and stakeholders
Acting as a trusted client advisor, representing Currie & Brown at meetings and project stages
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, contributing to their growth and success
Helping to grow Currie & Brown's reputation and client base in the Irish market

What We're Looking For

BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
Pre- and post-contract experience in the Republic of Ireland, ideally with M&E or data centre expertise
Excellent technical writing, communication, and client-facing skills
Organised, diligent, proactive, and commercially astute
Ability to manage projects independently and confidently attend client meetings
Collaborative team player with a positive, flexible, and professional approach
