Due to exceptional growth across the island of Ireland and into the UK, we are seeking an ambitious and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join our well-established team. this position is open to both an Entry level Quantity Surveyor or Mid level Experienced Quantity Surveyor and is priced to reflect this From, Paying €35,000 > €65,000 Key Responsibilities: Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. Managing project costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring value for money and profitability. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships. Assessing tenders and preparing accurate reports. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, financials, and risks. Supporting the delivery of high-quality fitout and construction projects to the companys premium standards. About You: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Proven experience in fitout and/or construction. Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
